We collect only what helps The System: Dungeons authenticate hunters, run features, and keep the community safe.

Depending on the features you use, the service may process:

Account dataDiscord user ID, tag, avatar, login/session details, and profile settings.

Community dataGuild, channel, role, and configuration data needed for bot features.

Game dataLevels, experience, inventory, characters, rankings, trades, and other saved progress.

Submitted contentMessages or files you choose to use for tags, items, characters, backgrounds, and cards.

2. How we use information

Authenticate your account and provide requested features.
Save progression, profiles, rankings, inventory, and customization.
Process support purchases and deliver associated digital rewards.
Prevent abuse, investigate reports, and maintain service reliability.

3. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information for advertising or marketing. Information may be processed by providers needed to operate the service, such as Discord for account and community functionality, PayPal for payments, hosting/database providers, and analytics or security services where enabled.
