These terms explain the rules that keep The System: Dungeons fair, safe, and available to every hunter.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using The System: Dungeons, its Discord bot, website, profile tools, marketplace, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You must follow applicable law, Discord's Terms of Service, and Community Guidelines. If you use the services for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Accounts and access
Some features require a Discord account or an authenticated session. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity performed through it. Do not impersonate another hunter, share credentials, or attempt to bypass access controls.
3. Fair play and community conduct
- Do not exploit bugs, automate abuse, manipulate rankings, or interfere with the service.
- Do not upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive.
- Do not use marketplace, trading, or profile features to scam, harass, or mislead other players.
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend access when necessary to protect the community or service.
4. Digital items and support purchases
Digital items, balances, cosmetics, upgrades, and other rewards are for use within The System: Dungeons and have no cash value outside the service. Orders are processed through PayPal or another displayed payment provider. You are responsible for reviewing an order before completing payment and for using authorized payment methods.

5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us permission to store, display, and process it as needed to operate features such as characters, profile customization, tags, and community tools. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit that content.
6. Service changes and availability
The service is provided as it changes and grows. Features may be updated, paused, or discontinued, and maintenance or events may affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
